1Inventory policy
DESHMART BUSINESS LIMITED does not hold ready stock. We buy from suppliers in China only after you place an order.
2Payment terms
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to place an order. The remaining 50% and the shipping charge are payable on delivery.
3Weight and shipping charges
The weights shown on the site come from the supplier and may not be exact. The actual weight-based shipping and customs charges are calculated when the goods arrive.
These charges are not included in the product price. The per-kilogram rate shown on the product and checkout pages at the time of your order is the rate that applies on delivery.
4Estimated delivery times
- By air: 15–20 days from the date the goods reach our warehouse.
- By sea: 45–60 days from the date the goods reach our warehouse.
5Local delivery charges
Courier or transport charges inside Bangladesh are not included in the product price.
6Return and refund
Please read the refund policy before buying. For air shipments a refund may be considered only after 40 days, and for sea shipments after 90 days, subject to conditions. Applications made before those periods are not accepted.
7Prohibited items
Items that customs has banned from import cannot be ordered. If such an order is placed it will be cancelled, and a 2.50% gateway charge is deducted from the refund.
8Partial delivery of multi-item orders
Items from different suppliers may arrive at different times. To take delivery before the whole order arrives, the full remaining balance must be paid. For the later items you then pay only the shipping or customs charges that apply.
